An Open and Affirming Congregation of the United Church of Christ
Together, our church changes lives.
Dear Church Family and Friends,

Together we are changing lives! Jesus tells us to love God with our heart, soul, mind, and strength; and to love our neighbors as ourselves. We, as a church, are committed to compassionate service as an expression of this love. Our connection to each other and the ministry of this congregation leads us to reach out in love to serve our neighbors.
There are many ways we serve our church and our neighbors. For example, we address food insecurity and housing for families by partnering with several community organizations, both financially and with volunteers. We provide pastoral care to those who are temporarily separated from the congregation. The Youth Mission trip helped re-furbish homes for those who needed the help. Working together, we are able to do more than we could as individuals.
During this stewardship season, we ask you to think about what it means to be generous. The spiritual practice of generosity arises from the desire to live out all that God calls us to do. We are stronger together. We must not take this community for granted. Your pledge is an essential expression of love and commitment to the ministry and vision of this church.
A pledge card and an addressed, stamped envelope are enclosed so that you can share in the mission of changing lives. The QR code below may be used instead. As always, your pledge represents your best intentions based on what you know at the present time. It can, at any time, be adjusted should your circumstances change.
We hope you will be with us on October 27 for Stewardship Sunday. We hope you take this opportunity to practice generosity and ask for your support for this faithful purpose.
And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. Hebrews 13:16
Blessings from your Stewardship Committee,
